Use the same support paths available inside the app: email support, report app problems, send ideas, and review privacy or account-control information.

Report a problem

Inside the app, open Support, feedback and privacy, then choose Report a problem. You can describe what happened and optionally attach a screenshot.

Suggest a feature

Feature ideas are welcome. In the app, use Suggest a feature so requests stay private and easy to review.

Privacy and account help

You can update your information in the app, manage notification permissions in device settings, contact support for privacy questions, and delete your account from My Account.

Support requests and optional screenshots are kept only as long as needed to review, respond to, and resolve the request, and are deleted within 6 months unless a longer period is required by law or security needs.
