These Terms of Service govern your use of myPet. By using myPet, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About myPet
myPet is a pet booklet and pet records app designed to help users store, manage, and organize pet-related information such as records, reminders, notes, attachments, and exports.
myPet is intended for personal consumer use.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you in order to use myPet.
myPet is not intended for children under 13.
3. Your account
You may need an account to use some or all features of myPet.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information where required
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Activities that occur under your account
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support as soon as possible.
4. Your content
You may submit, store, upload, create, or manage content in myPet, including pet details, records, reminders, notes, screenshots, photos, attachments, and exported files.
You keep ownership of the content you submit to myPet.
By using myPet, you give us a limited permission to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app.
You are responsible for the content you upload and for making sure you have the right to use it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use myPet for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with the operation, security, or reliability of the app
- Upload or share content that violates the law or the rights of others
- Misuse the support, reporting, export, or account systems
6. Important service disclaimer
myPet is an organizational tool only.
myPet does not provide veterinary advice, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency services, or legal advice.
Information stored in myPet is not a substitute for professional veterinary judgment, official records, prescriptions, or emergency care.
If your pet may need urgent care, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately.
7. Reminders and notifications
myPet may offer reminders, alerts, and notifications to help you manage pet-related tasks.
These reminders are provided as a convenience only. Delivery, timing, accuracy, and availability cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance, including device settings, operating system behavior, internet connectivity, third-party services, or service outages.
You remain fully responsible for your pet's care, appointments, medications, and treatment decisions.
8. Exports and sharing
myPet may allow you to export, save, print, email, or otherwise share files and records.
If you choose to export or share content, copies may remain on your device, in your files, in your email account, in printer queues, or in third-party services you choose to use.
You are responsible for reviewing reminders, records, and exported information before acting on them or sharing them with others.
9. Privacy
Your use of myPet is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
10. Third-party services and platforms
myPet may rely on third-party services and platforms to operate, including services for authentication, analytics, cloud storage, notifications, hosting, and device-level features.
Your use of Apple, Google, and other third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.
11. Future paid features
myPet may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. If that happens, additional billing or subscription terms will be presented before you purchase or subscribe.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue part or all of myPet at any time.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using myPet at any time.
You may delete your account through the app where available.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to myPet if:
- You violate these Terms
- We reasonably believe your use creates risk, harm, legal exposure, or abuse
- We need to protect the service, users, or legal rights of the app operator
14. Disclaimer of warranties
myPet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not make warranties or guarantees about availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, myPet and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of myPet and its operator for any claim arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use myPet in the 12 months before the claim arose.
If you have not paid anything to use myPet, liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice in the app or on the website.
Your continued use of myPet after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
